After seven months of dedicated work, Wesbrook is proud to announce the completion of the exterior renovation project for the RCMP building in beautiful White Rock, BC. This project was undertaken to enhance both the safety and aesthetics of the facility that serves our dedicated police force.
Key upgrades include the installation of custom-built timber beams and posts, replacing deteriorated glulam beams. The new timber beams, weighing over 12,000 lbs, now support a striking glass rooftop awning that extends across the front entrance and walkway.
The entire gutter system and all flashings were completely redone to improve drainage and durability. We also installed modern Equitone fibre cement panel siding—a high-performance material known for its fire resistance, sound insulation, and resilience in extreme weather conditions.
To ensure long-term protection against moisture, a new soffit with an integrated venting system was added. This allows for optimal airflow, preventing the buildup of rainwater and reducing the risk of future structural damage.
This successful renovation not only improves the building’s performance and longevity but also reinforces our ongoing commitment to serving those who protect our communities.
