Mckewon / Hess residence at North Green Lake, BC

As we wrapped up our year-long project to build a custom house in Green Lake, BC, we've been hired to build another house and a shop on the north side of the lake.

Construction is currently underway to build a 1,300 sq. ft. custom home and a 1,200 sq.ft. shop. As a general contracting company, we performed excavation, foundation, damp proofing, drain tile and backfill, concrete slab prep.

Our next phase tasks include framing, duraclad metal roofing with synthetic underlayment, Tyvex building wrap, doors and windows prep and installations.
